Controversial businessman Abhishek Verma, who is suspected to have used his defence contacts to procure sensitive information pertaining to Navy war room leak case, was on Wednesday denied bail by a Delhi court in connection with the case. Additional Sessions Judge (ASJ) K S Mohi rejected Verma's bail plea on the ground that the information, which were leaked by him, could be prejudicial to the safety and security of the country.
